Twenty years ago as a young technician, Jesus Gonzalez learned the HVAC trade working on Coleman® Heating and Air Conditioning products. Today, as the owner of Air Central Heating and Cooling, in Yuma, Arizona, Gonzalez decided to continue his association with Coleman products.

"I took on the Coleman line, because it represents a good product, and I knew I'd be successful," said Gonzalez. He was right. Several years after adding the Coleman line, the growing business employs 24 people and services air-conditioning systems throughout Yuma County.

"I can take these graphics and given them to my technicians who, in turn, show them to homeowners in the field. It's a tool that everybody understands and one that makes everybody happy."

Gonzalez has cashed in, quite literally, on the idea of preventive maintenance. "Net.Prophet has changed the way I think about preventive maintenance. No longer is it a necessary evil, but rather a way to retain customers and improve my cash flow in the process. Where I used to let my customers get away after selling them a piece of equipment, Net.Prophet has taught me to maintain contact with them through service agreements and a mailing program" The improved cash flow recently enabled Gonzalez to purchase new trucks for his business.
